Rare CX prototype arrived

一个月前，俺在X宝发现了一些奇怪的原型机。
In a previous news, some odd Nspire color prototype are found from Taobao.
妈蛋EMS速度，10月20号发，11月12号到。
Now they have arrived my home.

这就是CAS原型机，与CX CAS很类似。
This is the CAS protopype, much similar to CX CAS.
系统是3.0.1.1651。
with OS 3.0.1.1651.
扯淡的是我的电脑不能识别它。
Unfortunately, my computer cannot recognise it.
所以不能抓取系统和随机文件。
No way to dump the OS and File system.
2010A ASIC and Sumsang RAM
虽然背后有一个小窗户，但是那里并没有连接头。
Altough, there is a small window on the back, but no connector in the window.

This is the OS and File System dumped from another non-CAS prototype.
With OS v3.0.1.1638.
Any approach to abstract Boot2 without ndless?

The USB port of CAS prototype may be broken.
I would try to add a USB outlet through the dock.

I'm proud of all your efforts here, to save all those rare prototypes.

Non-working USB is a problem...
Does the computer detect an unknown device or nothing?


The 2nd USB port on the Dock/J01 connector documentation is incomplete and this hasn't been exploited successfully up to now.
Knowing both data pins is not enough. mini-USB is using 4-5 pins.

But if you have access to a TI-Nspire CX Docking Station, then you can use this second USB port. Just put the calculator on the station, and connect the station to the computer: the calculator will be detected. Here's mine:

The connector being the same, you can also use older TI-Nspire Docking Station designed for TI-Nspire ClickPad/TouchPad.

Nothing happen on PC when plug in, but the calculator starts charging.
