Isn't it "F2"?
"F2" "Ln(" "OPTN" "," "→“ and "↓" correspond to bit 7 of the MPU-port B (on the slim). Maybe bit 7 of port B is broken or there is a weak solder joint. If guarantee has run out, you could disassemble the calc and have a look. It is not very likely, but perhaps you are lucky and the reason is only some dirt or corrosion on the PCB.
