关于ndless+的安装问题

环境是虚拟机的Windows Vista SP2 CHS x64.
在准备好各项之后运行telnet，按照readme的说明在得到的cas+的ip地址+1，而且按照说明去连接端口，但是每次都表示连接不上......有用cas+的指导一下么
ps：cas+能用NsNandMgr刷boot2么......?

nsNandMgr has not been ported to the TI-Nspire CAS+ yet.

For the moment, it wouldn't be very useful as:
- we have only dumped 1 PVT Boot2 (most common CAS+ prototype), 2 DVT Boot2 and 3 EVT Boot2 - PVT Boot2 cannot be replaced by DVT/EVT Boot2
- we have only dumped 1 EVT Diags - we've got no Diags for PVT/DVT CAS+
- we didn't perform any successful Boot1 reflashing yet and so cannot flash modified or 3rd party Boot2/Diags

And moreover, TI-Nspire & TI-Nspire CAS Boot1/Boot2/Diags won't work on the TI-Nspire CAS+, as it uses a different processor (OMAP instead of ASIC).
