There is no serial number on the back，There is a strange wire on PCB board。I didn't take a picture of the self Test interface. I will take a picture later。After the calculator is connected to the computer, the computer has no response, there is no device in the device manager, and Ti connect CE can't find the calculator.
Wow, this is the earliest CE yet! The hardware is obviously very interesting, particularly the fact that the J1A JTAG connector is present. If you could dump the OS that would be really great but there might be some issues since it is so different, the current tools might not work.

I would not start removing or modifying things for now.
Are you sure it was plugged in all the way? I know this was an issue with early CEs, the USB port was very tight so you have to push quite hard. If not, then it seems like the USB port doesn't work. When you plugged it in, did the LED light up and did it start to charge or did the calculator also have no response? It certainly seems like there were some modifications that would affect the USB port itself...
Would you be willing to sell or loan the calculator so that one of the CE guys (perhaps critor) can test things out? If the USB port really doesn't work then we could dump it either by using a SOIC 48TSOP NAND clip on the flash chip or by figuring out which type of JTAG it is and attempting to dump it through that port. (The JTAG connector is not the same as what TI used on other models like the nspire).

I confirm that the USB cable is plugged in. After the USB cable is plugged in, the power indicator is on, and it can be charged. There should be no problem with the USB port. The same USB cable is used for my TI-84 plus CE, and the computer can recognize it correctly. There are no CE enthusiasts around me, so I can't sell it or lend it to others.

What mrwompwomp was trying to say, is that the first production CE in 2015 had a hardware issue. The mini-USB port had an abnormal resistance to the cable insertion. So you could think the cable was fully inserted when it wasn't.
2013-2014 prototypes may have the same issue. Your recent TI-84+CE doesn't have such issue.
Also, I think he was asking if you would accept to sell it to him. ;-)
