Normally, the original nsNandMgr doesn't let you flash a TI-Nspire CX Manuf on a TI-Nspire CM and vice-versa.
The problem here is that you hadn't a real TI-Nspire CX, but a TI-Nspire CM modded into a TI-Nspire CX, thus having only 32MB SDRAM.
So nsNandMgr security did accept the flashing (I don't see how I could differentiate a fake TI-Nspire CX from a real TI-Nspire CX in the code), but your Boot1 now tests for the expected 64MB and only finds 32MB.
In all cases, thanks to you it's now possible to mod every TI-Nspire CM into a TI-Nspire CX, to use Nlaunch and use a CAS OS.
The international TI community is going to news about your huge exploit in the next days, and all TI-Nspire CM users should be grateful to you. :) |
