HP39gII/Prime Notes generator (with chinese support)

Hi,

I wrote a tool to generate Notes .hpnote files (like eActMaker for casio) for hp39gII and possible Prime (if format doesnt change).

Currently should also support chinese characteres since I added a function for automatic character processing.
Using a lorem ipsum chinese generator I generated some chinese notes with sucess.

Writing some text on the web tool (with special characters):


Result on the emulators:


GUI needs some improvements such as creating a table of special characters for easy input in textarea, however it is not a priority for me.

Feedback and tests are welcome.
